The second family size bathroom is located in the downstairs "annexe", located just off the downstairs living room. The door from the living room takes you into a small corridor, allowing you to shut the door behind you for privacy. The corridor then has two further doors, one to the downstairs bedroom, the other door takes you to the bathroom.
The bathroom has a full size bath with shower, W.C., bidet, wash basin and 2 storage cupboards.
The second bathroom is located downstairs in the "annexe" that resides just off the living room, giving you the convenience of a downstairs bathroom, an en-suite for the downstairs bedroom and also privacy if needed.
The second bathroom is the same size as the other family bathroom which is located upstairs and has the same facilities.
Although the room is downstairs and is close to the living room, you are able to shut off the door to the living room for privacy so that you can use the bathroom and access the wardrobes at your leisure
