The second bedroom is located downstairs in what could be considered a self contained annexe. The entrance is via a door in the living room which opens upto into a small entrance lobby containing a large wardrobe and entrances to a family bathroom and the bedroom itself, giving you total privacy from the rest of the house.
There is also a spare single bed located underneath the main double bed that be be wheeled out and has sprung "pop down" legs so can be setup within seconds should you need another bed.
